Independent Assessment

AscertAInit-powered review delivered as a professional service. Engineer-reviewed findings, independent of the project team, suitable for third-party assessments, investment due diligence, and owner's engineering oversight.

  • Delivered as a professional service, not a software license
  • Engineer-reviewed findings report, not raw platform output
  • Applicable to independent reviews, due diligence, and owner's engineering
  • Gate scoring, design maturity, and regulatory readiness evaluation
Per-engagement, scoped to your requirements

Traditional Process vs. AscertAInit

Design reviews today depend on whoever happens to be available, whatever criteria they happen to use, and however long the schedule allows. AscertAInit doesn't replace your engineers : it makes every review as thorough as your best reviewer on their best day.

"For which of you, desiring to build a tower, does not first sit down and count the cost, whether he has enough to complete it?"

Questions Your Team Will Ask

AscertAInit is currently cloud-hosted on commercial infrastructure with tenant-level data isolation. We are actively working toward deployment in a FedRAMP High-authorized environment with IL5 readiness for defense and energy programs. Contact us to discuss timeline and how we can align with your program's authorization requirements. On-premise and air-gapped deployment architectures for SCIF and disconnected environments are on our long-term roadmap for the Enterprise tier.
AscertAInit is deployed as a secure, managed cloud application. Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest within isolated, customer-specific tenancies. We do not use your documents, metadata, or engineering data to train shared models. We are actively developing deployment options to support stricter on-premise and FedRAMP High/IL5 requirements for future Enterprise releases.
No. AscertAInit relies on a proprietary Two-Pass Reconciliation Engine designed specifically for high-stakes engineering review. First, your reference documents are processed into structured data. Second, that structured data is evaluated against expert authored engineering criteria through a rigorous, multi-step reconciliation process. Instead of generating opinions like a standard conversational LLM, AscertAInit applies AI within a controlled framework to surface traceable findings. We do not use AI to author the rules. Every criteria item is written and maintained by human domain experts.
Our criteria are authored by industry experts and directly mapped to recognized engineering codes and standards. Every flagged issue traces back to a specific clause or design consideration, ensuring findings are objective, defensible, and grounded in established best practices.
PDF (including native CAD-exported PDFs), Excel-based documents (line lists, I/O indexes, load lists), and text-based specifications. Raster-only scanned drawings have reduced accuracy -- text-layer PDFs produce the best results.
Yes: at the Enterprise tier. You can add program-specific requirements, project-specific exclusions, and site standards that supplement the base criteria library. All customizations are version-controlled and auditable.
A structured proof-of-value engagement: onboarding with your document set, one to two live design review cycles, findings disposition training, and a quantitative ROI assessment at the end. Scope and pricing are tailored to your program.
API-based integration with major EDMS platforms (SharePoint, Aconex, ProjectWise, and similar) is on the Enterprise roadmap. Currently, document upload is via the AscertAInit web interface or batch upload.
